"Sausage" and Peppers
1 pkg Boca Italian Sausageor your favourite brand - 8 sausages
1 each red, yellow, and green peppers sliced into thin strips
1 large onion, sliced into rings
Italian Salad dressing
Tin foil
Slice the sausages into coins about 1/2 inch thick. Mix in a bowl
with the pepper strips and onion rings. Pour dressing over mix a
few teaspoons at a time and toss until well coated. Cut 4 pieces
of tin foil about 12" square. Divide the mixture between the pieces
of foil. Fold into a pouch. Seal edges well. Place on
a medium heat grill for 15 minutes turning occassionally. Serve hot
with crusty buns and potato salad.
