Granola
6 cups uncooked,
old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup toasted wheat
germ
1 cup mixed nuts,
chopped
1 cup mixed dried
fruit, chopped
1 cup sunflower
seeds
1/2 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup molasses
1 Tbsp. vanilla
extract
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
Mix all ingredients
together very well. Bake on an ungreased 13x9x2 inch pan in a preheated
350 degree F oven 20 to 25 minutes, stirring frequently to brown lightly
and evenly. Cool. Stir until crumbly. Store in a container with tight-fitting
lid.
