Pancakes:
2 cups Bisquick
1 egg
1 2/3 cups milk
Maple Glaze:
1 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons cream
18 vegetarian sausage links
Beat together Bisquick, egg and milk. Cook pancakes on prepared griddle.
Maple Glaze:
Mix and cook gently the maple syrup, butter and cream until slightly
thickened, about 5 minutes. Roll pancakes around cooked sausage links.
Serve with Maple Glaze poured over top. Makes about 18 pancakes.
