10 cup flour
1/3 cup baking powder
1 tablespoon salt
2 cup shortening
Sift dry ingredients together, cut in shortening with a pastry cutter until the mixer resembles coarse oatmeal. Store in a tightly closed container. It will keep up to 6 months in dry weather. Refrigerate in very hot or humid weather. This recipe works in every Bisquick recipe I’ve tried & it is a LOT cheaper.
