MICROWAVE IMPOSSIBLE FRENCH APPLE PIE

6 cups apples, thinly sliced
1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup Bisquick
Streusel
1 cup Bisquick
½ cup nuts, chopped
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons cold butter

Grease a 10-inch microwave-safe pie plate. Mix apples, cinnamon and nutmeg; turn into prepared pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients, 15 seconds in blender, EXCEPT Streusel. Pour mixture into pie plate. Top with streusel. Microwave on Medium-High (70%), rotating plate every 8 minutes, until knife inserted in centre comes out clean. This should take 24 to 28 minutes. Cool on flat, heat proof surface.

Streusel: Mix Bisquick, nuts, brown sugar and cold butter until crumbly.
