CINNAMON ROLLS

1 egg
2 ½ cups Bisquick
1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoon soft butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup confectioner’s sugar
2 teaspoon warm water

Heat oven to 400. Beat egg with fork, add Bisquick and milk. Stir with fork to a soft dough. Turn onto lightly floured cloth-covered board. Knead lightly just until smooth. Roll out into a rectangle, 10"x8". Spread with butter. Sprinkle with mixture of granulated sugar and cinnamon. Roll up tightly, beginning at wide side. Seal well by pinching edge of dough into roll. Place seam side down on ungreased baking sheet. Make cuts with scissors almost through roll at 1" intervals. Bake about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. While warm, spread roll with mixture of confectioner’s sugar and water.
