2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 large egg
1/3 cup shortening
21 ounces cherry pie filling
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together EXCEPT pie filling. Pat 2/3 of the dough in greased 9x9-inch square baking pan. Spread pie filling over dough. Crumble remaining dough over cherry pie filling. Bake about 30 minutes or until done. Serves 9 to 12.
