3 cups cooked broccoli, chopped
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1 ½ cups Bisquick
½ cup milk
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 large egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix cheese, broccoli, and soup in 1 ½ quart casserole. Stir remaining ingredients until soft dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls over broccoli mixture. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 4.
