BISQUICK MUSHROOM TVP CASSEROLE 2
2 lbs of extra firm tofu that has been frozen
salt and pepper
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups vegetable broth
1 ½ cups Bisquick
1 ½ cups milk
½ stick margarine, soft
Thaw tofu, tear into pieces and place in bottom of greased casserole
dish. Salt and pepper, tofu to taste. Layer mushrooms over tofu. Add soup
and broth. Then mix Bisquick, milk and margarine together and pour over
tofu. Bake in 350 degrees oven until golden brown, 35 to 45 minutes.
