BEER CHEESE BITES
2 cups Bisquick
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup beer
2 tablespoon margarine or butter, melted
Sesame seed or poppy seed
Heat oven to 450. Mix Bisquick, cheese and beer until soft dough forms:
Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured board.
Knead five times. Roll into a rectangle 16x10 inches. Cut into about 2-inch
squares. Cut squares diagonally into halves. Spread with melted margarine.
Sprinkle with seed of choice. Separate and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake until brown, about 8 minutes. Makes 80 appetizers.
