BEAN AND CHEESE SANDWICH BAKE
2 cups Bisquick original baking mix
1 cup milk
2 tablespoon mustard
1 egg
1 cup of leftover beans that have been chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Mix
baking mix, milk, mustard and egg until blended. Pour half of the batter
into baking dish. Top with half of the beans and ½ cup cheese. Top
with remaining beans. Pour remaining batter over beans. Bake 45 to 50 minutes
or until golden brown and set. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheese on
top. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. 6 servings.
